Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Lead, Workday Integration Engineer within the People Team. You will own end-to-end integration delivery, architect complex Workday integrations, and mentor teams while balancing security, cost, and scalability.

You'll collaborate with Product, Engineering and Analytics to deliver scalable, user-centric Workday solutions and extend integrations across enterprise systems. The role emphasizes innovation, documentation, and cross-functional influence.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Workday integration technologies, reporting, security and data architecture.
• Advanced proficiency with Workday SOAP and REST APIs, including authentication and error handling.
• Experience with Agile development and Jira workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for integration and automation solutions from discovery to deployment.
• Architect and develop complex integrations using Workday tools and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Design and build custom apps, APIs and automation with Workday Extend and related tech.
• Lead technical assessments and optimize API usage for reliability and performance.
