Job summary

Snap Inc. in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Lead, Workday Integration Engineer to join the People Team.

You will own end-to-end integrations, partner with product, engineering, and analytics to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable Workday solutions for a global workforce. The role requires 5+ years of Workday integration development, deep knowledge of Workday Studio and REST/SOAP APIs, and a collaborative, agile mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 5+ years of demonstrated Workday integration development experience using Workday tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical delivery for integration and automation solutions—from discovery and architecture through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
• Architect and develop complex integrations using Workday Studio, Orchestrate, EIBs, Connectors, Reports-as-a-Service, Workday Web Services, and REST APIs.
• Lead technical assessments and identify opportunities to simplify architecture, reduce technical debt, optimize API consumption, and improve reliability and system performance.
