Job summary

AppLab Systems, Inc. seeks a Workday Integration Consultant to implement and support complex integrations from HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting modules.

Located in San Ramon, CA, the role involves building inbound/outbound integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs, and advanced reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and will contribute to ongoing integration enhancements and data

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday Integration experience (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors mandatory).
• Workday Payroll, PICOF, PECI knowledge required.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Benefits, and Absence processes.
• Experience with Workday Extend or REST API-based extensions preferred.
• Workday Advanced/Composite/BIRT reporting expertise required.

Responsibilities

• Design and build complex inbound/outbound Workday integrations across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting.
• Work with Core Connector, EIB, Studio, REST/SOAP APIs, and BIRT reporting.
• Develop scalable data models and end-to-end integration architecture.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT stakeholders to align integrations with processes.
• Support post-merger Workday integrations and data conversions.
