Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Lead Integration Architect to drive the design, development, and deployment of Workday integrations across HR, finance, and enterprise systems. You will ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability with hands-on leadership and strategic direction.

In this role you will architect scalable, compliant Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors; collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and vendors; mentor junior consultants; and oversee project

Qualifications

Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and XML/XSLT.
Strong cross-functional understanding of Workday HCM, Financials, and related modules.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with change management, SDLC and testing processes.
Demonstrated ability to design and document software integration solutions.
Experience with middleware platforms and API management.
Workday certification in Integration or Studio.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end integration efforts for Workday implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
Architect robust, scalable Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT and vendors to align integration strategies with business goals.
Mentor and coach junior consultants and developers.
Oversee project planning, budgeting and staffing for integrations; advise project managers.
Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and ensure data accuracy across systems.
Document designs and maintain integrations to best practices.
