Job summary

SoftPathTechnologies is seeking a Senior Workday Integration Architect in Menlo Park, CA, for 15+ years of Workday experience. The role focuses on owning the hire-to-retire lifecycle, leading cross-functional Workday initiatives, and optimizing the employee experience within Workday.

The candidate will oversee development using Workday Studio, EIB and Core Connectors, perform data transformations with XSLT 3.0, and ensure secure, scalable integration solutions across HR systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience implementing or managing Workday solutions.
• 4+ years experience configuring Workday HCM and integrating with multiple applications end to end.
• 2+ years experience supporting other Workday products (Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Performance, Learning).
• Deep HR domain expertise and ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
• Able to thrive in a complex & technically ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of the hire-to-retire lifecycle in Workday: manage the lifecycle within the Workday platform.
• Plan and lead cross-functional efforts to drive Workday product launches across teams.
• Elevate the employee experience and optimize Workday interactions.
• Represent the Workday platform across HR applications landscape.
• Partner with business leaders and People Engineering to align objectives and programs.
• Lead the research, design, development, testing, and delivery of new Workday functionality.
