Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Lead, Workday Integration Engineer to join the People Team in the United States.

You will own end-to-end integration and automation delivery, architect complex Workday integrations, and partner with Product, Engineering, and IT to translate business needs into scalable solutions. You will apply expertise in Workday Studio, Orchestrate, EIBs, Connectors, RaaS, and REST/SOAP APIs, while also leveraging Java, Python, XML, and XSLT to extend Workday capabilities and ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 5+ years of demonstrated Workday integration development experience using Workday’s integration tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Configuration, People Analytics, Engineering, IT to translate complex requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Own end-to-end delivery for integration and automation from discovery to deployment and maintenance.
• Architect and develop integrations using Workday tools and REST/SOAP APIs.
