Job summary

Namely in Mountain View, CA is seeking a Senior Workday Studio Integration Engineer Consultant to design, develop, and support high-volume Workday integrations. You will architect scalable, secure integration solutions using parallel processing, streaming architectures, and asynchronous orchestration.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in Workday integrations and Workday Studio development.
• Experience leading end-to-end design, development, and support of complex, high-volume Workday Studio integrations.
• Strong hands-on experience with advanced integration patterns including parallelization, chunking, streaming architectures, asynchronous orchestration, and XSLT 3.0.
• Experience integrating Workday with external systems using REST and SOAP web services.
• Acted as a primary technical point of contact, translating business requirements into scalable integration solutions.
• Proven ability to provide technical leadership through design guidance, code reviews, and mentoring of junior consultants.
• Experience collaborating with HR, Payroll, Security, and IT teams to resolve integration issues and optimize workflows.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills, including technical walkthroughs, RCA documentation, and status reporting.
