HR Tech Job in Bengaluru invites a Senior Workday HRIS Specialist, Principal to lead payroll and benefits configuration and optimize the Workday HRIS across multiple modules. The role requires deep expertise in Payroll, Time Tracking, and Benefits, with strong project leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work hybrid between Bengaluru locations and remote support, ensuring regulatory compliance and robust data governance, while mentoring staff and delivering actionable HR

Competenze

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HRIS administration on Workday and 5+ years in Payroll and Benefits modules.
• Deep expertise in Workday Payroll configuration, processing changes, earnings/deductions, eligibility rules, and production support.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Benefits setup, open enrollment and employee enrollment support.
• Experience with integration configuration is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Mansioni

• Administer and optimize the Workday HRIS to align with organizational needs.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday modules including Payroll, Time Tracking, Benefits and Core HRM.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze processes and recommend improvements.
• Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and HR analytics.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with payroll team to implement payroll functionalities for US.
• Lead HRIS projects including upgrades, integrations, and implementations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for HRIS initiatives.
• Document processes and train HR staff on Workday functionalities.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve issues and enhance capabilities.
