Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday Human Capital Management modules.
The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in Workday HCM, strong understanding of HR business processes, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, etc.).
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional Workday configurations.
Work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration across modules and systems.
Develop functional documentation including business requirements, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and training materials.
Perform system testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new enhancements and releases.
Support ongoing Workday releases, updates, and tenant management.
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and system optimization.
Advise HR and business leaders on Workday best practices and configuration options.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
