The ideal candidate has 8+ years in Workday HCM with strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and bilingual proficiency in French and English, supporting a scalable HR operating system.

Qualifications

• Bring 8+ years of Workday HCM experience with post-go-live ownership and functional configuration expertise.
• Demonstrate strong project management, team leadership, and stakeholder communication, fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Workday HRIS Experts and an HR Data Analyst, prioritizing a project backlog and fostering knowledge sharing.
• Own the Workday post-launch roadmap, improve configurations, manage security, and oversee integrations with HR tools.
