Job summary

Relativity is seeking an HRIS Lead to provide technical and functional leadership for Workday and related HR systems. This senior individual contributor partners across HR, IT, and the business to design, implement, and evolve scalable HR technology solutions.

The role owns the HRIS roadmap, mentors analysts, and drives complex HRIS initiatives, including Workday modules, upgrades, and reporting, while aligning system strategy with organizational priorities and security standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience across multiple modules.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex HRIS or enterprise system initiatives.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, data governance, security concepts, and systems architecture.
• Experience with reporting, testing, security design, and process automation within HR technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross‑functional HRIS initiatives, including Workday functionality enhancements.
• Own and influence the HRIS roadmap by partnering with senior HR and business stakeholders to align system strategy with organizational priorities.
• Serve as a primary Workday subject matter expert, providing guidance on configuration, optimization, and best practices across HR domains.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable system solutions, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and downstream impacts.
• Lead resolution of highly complex HRIS issues, including root cause analysis, system design decisions, and long‑term corrective solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for annual and enterprise‑wide HR programs (e.g., performance management, promotions, compliance reporting, payroll year‑end).
• Partner with IT and vendors to support integrations, upgrades, and security maintenance across the HR systems ecosystem.
• Establish and maintain high‑quality system documentation, standards, and reporting frameworks to support scale and consistency.
• Mentor and guide HRIS analysts through knowledge sharing, design reviews, and best‑practice coaching, without direct people management responsibility.
• Build expertise in Workday Extend and guide the evaluation, design, governance, and deployment of applications and solutions.
