Job summary

Pretium Enterprise Services is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to lead our Workday team and optimize how we manage people data. You will guide analysts, own the Workday platform, and drive impactful feature rollouts that streamline HR processes.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in HRIS, 4+ years in Workday, and strong leadership, PM, and analytical skills. This remote role supports the US and includes competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HRIS experience, with 4+ years in Workday.
• At least 1 year of management or team lead experience in an HRIS environment.
• Strong project management skills and a track record of delivering results.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience with full-cycle Workday implementations.
• A deep understanding of how Workday modules connect and interact with one another.
• Comfort writing complex reports, including building calculated fields.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• A high degree of personal integrity, maturity, and sound judgment when handling sensitive and confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor HRIS analysts and grow the team.
• Own the Workday platform; serve as SME.
• Troubleshoot Workday issues and integrations.
• Project manage Workday configuration and process improvements.
• Plan and release Workday updates and new features.
• Translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions.
• Ensure Workday security and data privacy.
• Lead post-implementation reviews and lessons learned.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and organizational changes on Workday.
• Coordinate quarterly system access audits.
