Job summary

Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking an HRIS Analyst to own Workday Payroll, Absence Management, and Time Tracking across the organization. You will design, optimize, and support scalable, compliant solutions to power payroll accuracy and employee experience, collaborating with Payroll, HR, Finance, and IT.

You will lead Workday releases, configure on‑cycle to off‑cycle payroll, and mentor team members while ensuring SOX controls and regulatory changes are integrated smoothly.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Workday experience with 2+ years in payroll support.
• Strong multi‑state U.S. payroll knowledge and compliance expertise.
• Hands‑on Workday configuration, reporting, and release management.

Responsibilities

• Own design, configuration and optimization of Workday Payroll.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Lead Workday semi‑annual releases, including testing and deployment.
• Provide Tier 3 support for payroll system and data issues.
• Mentor HRIS payroll resources and promote best practices.
