Job summary

Relativity is seeking a senior HRIS Lead to provide technical and functional leadership for Workday and related HR systems. You will partner across HR, IT, and the business to design, implement, and evolve scalable HR technology solutions.

You will own complex initiatives on the HRIS roadmap, drive system strategy, and mentor other HRIS team members while operating as a trusted advisor on Workday best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience with multiple modules.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading complex HRIS initiatives.
• Strong HR processes, data governance, and security concepts.
• Experience with reporting, testing, and automation in HR technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional HRIS initiatives and Workday enhancements.
• Own HRIS roadmap and align with stakeholders.
• Serve as Workday SME for configuration and best practices.
• Translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
• Mentor HRIS analysts and guide design reviews.
