Pennylane is recruiting for a lead role to mentor a Workday HRIS team and own the post-launch roadmap. You will drive configurations, security, and HR-tool integrations in a remote-friendly setting, collaborating across France and US teams.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in Workday HCM with strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and bilingual proficiency in French and English, supporting a scalable HR operating system.
