Job summary

Core Laboratories seeks a Senior HRIS Analyst to serve as the lead Workday subject matter expert, driving administration, configuration, optimization, and support of Workday and related HR technologies. Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive HRIS experience administering, configuring, and supporting enterprise HR systems, including advanced Workday background.
• Experience leading HRIS projects, system implementations, enhancements, and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong experience with Workday configuration, business processes, reporting, calculated fields, integrations, and EIBs.
• Ability to develop HR analytics, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations for business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior Workday functional expert and primary escalation point for system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, optimization, and support.
• Lead day-to-day HRIS operations ensuring system reliability, data integrity, governance, and compliance with standards.
• Analyze complex business requirements and design scalable HR technology solutions to support objectives and efficiency.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and leaders to identify process improvements and improved user experience across HR systems.
• Lead evaluation, configuration, testing, deployment, and support of Workday releases and enhancements.
• Govern Workday security, reporting, integrations, and enterprise interface builds (EIBs) and resolve issues.
