Job summary

Legend Biotech seeks a Senior HRIS Analyst, Data Governance & Change Control to lead data governance and Workday change control. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT to ensure data accuracy, privacy, and compliant reporting across the employee lifecycle.

The role emphasizes governance, data quality, and analytics, with a base pay range and eligibility for performance-based pay and equity for eligible roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, HRIS, IS, business administration or data analytics.
• 5+ years progressive HRIS/HR data management experience.
• Maintain HR data integrity with audits and governance controls.
• Develop, validate and deliver HR reports, dashboards and analytics.
• Administer HR governance processes including change control and testing.
• Strong understanding of data privacy and Workday HCM.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data across systems.
• Audit data regularly and reconcile discrepancies for governance.
• Develop and enforce HR data governance standards and rules.
• Support HR reporting, dashboards, and analytics initiatives.
• Coordinate Workday change control, testing, and approvals.
• Partner with Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT to ensure data consistency.
