Core Laboratories LP is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to serve as the Workday subject-matter expert, driving administration, configuration, and optimization of HR systems. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and leadership to implement scalable solutions that improve data integrity and employee experience.

The candidate will lead HRIS projects, governance, reporting, and integrations, delivering advanced analytics and strategic guidance across a global workforce.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HRIS, HR, IT, or related field and 5–7 years progressive HRIS experience.
• Minimum 4–5 years advanced Workday experience with hands-on support across multiple modules.
• Experience leading HRIS projects and HR technology initiatives in a global context.

• Serve as senior Workday functional expert and primary escalation point for HRIS across modules.
• Lead day-to-day HRIS operations ensuring data integrity, governance, and compliance.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and leaders to design scalable Workday solutions.
• Oversee Workday releases, testing, deployments, and new functionality.
• Develop advanced HR analytics, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making.
