Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years in HRIS/HR technology/enterprise HCM systems with Workday HCM experience.
• Experience leading full-cycle Workday implementations.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional designs and configuration specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise HR technology implementations from design through go-live and hyper care.
• Define scalable Workday solution designs, security, and data flows across connected platforms.
• Act as senior Workday functional lead and mentor for HRIS analysts.
• Translate complex business needs into functional requirements and configuration specs.
• Lead testing and readiness for Workday releases and cross-system integrations.
