Job summary

Meltwater is seeking a Workday-focused HRIS professional to optimize Workday configuration, testing, and support across HCM modules. You will partner with HR and business leaders to define requirements, drive process improvements, and lead change management for a strong user experience.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of Workday experience, HRIS project management skills, and a solid grasp of data privacy requirements in a global environment. Hybrid work model in the US is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3+ years Workday configuration across multiple HCM modules.
• Experience with security design, business process management, and HRIS projects.
• Familiarity with PII, GDPR, SOX preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Workday functional expertise for configuration, testing, and support.
• Partner with leaders to define requirements and improve processes with Workday.
• Lead change management and ensure high adoption and user satisfaction.
• Test new Workday features, participate in release planning, and ensure quality.
