Job summary

Meltwater is seeking an HRIS professional focused on Workday to support and enhance our HR technology ecosystem. You will configure, test, and support Workday in partnership with HR and business leaders to address needs and drive efficiency.

You will guide requirements, ensure data integrity, manage security, and contribute to successful implementations while delivering a strong employee experience across our global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years Workday functional configuration across multiple HCM modules (Payroll, Absence, Time-Tracking).
• 3+ years cross-functional Workday administration including security design and BPM.
• 2+ years HRIS project management with analysis, stakeholder engagement, and documentation.
• Proven Workday functional expertise and familiarity with reports.
• Experience handling confidential information.
• Compliance experience in PII, GDPR, SOX preferred.
• Workday Pro certifications in one or more HCM modules preferred.
• Strong communication with leaders, HR professionals, managers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide Workday SME support for configuration, testing and troubleshooting.
• Lead Workday HCM best practices and improvements.
• Partner with leaders to prioritize requirements and enhancements.
• Create clear business requirements and document processes end-to-end.
• Provide change management during rollouts and maximize adoption.
• Monitor Workday releases and potential impact on functionality.
• Perform thorough testing including UAT, regression and pre-launch tests.
• Collaborate with internal/external SMEs for best practices.
• Mentor junior colleagues in processes, configuration and testing.
• Deliver excellent customer service and timely responses.
