Job summary

Charlotte, NC-based Meltwater seeks a Workday-focused HRIS professional to enhance HR technology. You will partner with HR and business leaders to understand needs, define requirements, and architect, configure, test, and support systemic Workday solutions across HCM modules, emphasizing quality, security, and employee experience.

Responsibilities include day-to-day Workday support, process improvement, change management, and thorough testing across releases, while mentoring junior colleagues

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
3+ years in Workday functional configuration across 3+ HCM modules.
3+ years cross-functional Workday administration incl. security design & BPM.
2+ years HRIS project management with analysis, stakeholder engagement & documentation.
Proven Workday functional expertise and confidentiality handling.

Responsibilities

Provide Workday SME expertise for day-to-day support, configuration, testing and troubleshooting.
Lead work with leaders to prioritize requirements and optimize processes using Workday functionality.
Create and maintain clear business requirements and document processes end-to-end.
