Job summary

Meltwater is seeking a Workday-focused HRIS professional to drive ongoing improvements and enable business growth. You will partner with HR and leaders to define requirements, configure and test Workday functionality, and support secure, compliant HR information.

The role emphasizes quality and customer experience in HR technology delivery. You will configure business processes, deliver reporting, manage mass data (EIB), perform testing, and mentor peers while staying aligned with Workday

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of Workday functional configuration across three or more HCM modules.
• 3+ years of cross-functional Workday administration including security design and business process management.
• 2+ years of HRIS project management with analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience handling confidential information and broad HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide Workday functional expertise for configuration, reporting, testing and troubleshooting.
• Lead security design and business process management across modules.
• Partner with leaders to translate needs into Workday solutions and improvements.
• Create clear business requirements and document processes end-to-end.
• Roll out changes with change management to maximize adoption and customer experience.
• Coordinate testing across releases and ensure quality and compliance.
