Job summary

Meltwater, a global leader in media intelligence, is seeking a Workday HRIS specialist to improve and support the Workday platform across core HCM modules. You will architect, configure, test, and support systemic Workday solutions while partnering with HR and business leaders to deliver a superior employee experience.

You will own timely delivery, guide changes, and ensure security and data integrity in a scalable HRIS environment, including collaboration with SMEs and mentoring teammates for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of Workday functional configuration across three or more HCM modules.
• 3+ years of cross-functional Workday administration including security design.
• 2+ years of HRIS project management with analysis and documentation.
• Proven Workday functional expertise and handling of sensitive information.
• Familiarity with HR practices across stakeholders is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Workday functional expertise for day-to-day support and development, including configuration and testing.
• Lead best-practice use of Workday HCM and advise on roadmap impacts.
• Collaborate with business leaders to prioritize requirements and improve processes.
• Create and maintain clear business requirements and document end-to-end processes.
• Provide change management support to maximize adoption and customer experience.
• Stay aware of Workday releases and assess impacts on functionality.
• Lead testing activities: regression, unit, UAT and pre-launch sign-off.
• Mentor junior colleagues in processes, configuration, and testing.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve inquiries timely.
