Job summary

Mercury is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to lead Workday optimization and modernization across HR systems. You will partner with the Head of People Operations to streamline processes, automate manual tasks, and scale employee experiences as the company grows.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR/IS/Business or equivalent experience.
5+ years of Workday functional experience, including configuration and support.
3+ years supporting HCM and Advanced Compensation modules.
Experience supporting organizational changes, acquisitions, reorganizations, and global expansion.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Core HCM and Advanced Compensation modules.
Configure compensation grades, grade profiles, salary ranges, and merit cycles.
Develop and maintain HR and Compensation Workday reports and dashboards.
Configure and support Workday security for new implementations and reorganizations; troubleshoot security issues.
Document configurations, procedures, testing, and recommendations for setup and migration.
Partner with the People team to evaluate and maximize AI-driven Workday solutions.
