Job summary

Meltwater is seeking a Workday-focused HRIS professional to lead configuration, testing and support across core HCM modules. You will partner with HR and business leaders to translate needs into scalable Workday solutions, while ensuring data integrity and security.

The role emphasizes change management, stakeholder engagement, and ongoing optimization of HRIS processes in a hybrid environment. Preference for candidates with Workday certifications and a track record of cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years Workday functional configuration across 3+ HCM modules.
• 3+ years cross-functional Workday administration including security design.
• 2+ years HRIS project management including analysis, stakeholder engagement, and documentation.
• Proven Workday functional expertise in assigned areas of support.
• Experience handling confidential information.
• Broad HR practices and program development understanding.
• Compliance experience in PII, GDPR, SOX preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Workday SME for day-to-day support and development including configuration, reporting, EIB, testing and troubleshooting.
• Provide SME and thought leadership on Workday HCM best practices.
• Partner with leaders to understand pain points, prioritize requirements and improve processes by Workday functionality.
• Create and maintain clear business requirements; articulate processes end-to-end.
• Provide change management when rolling out new functionality.
• Maintain awareness of Workday roadmap and impact on functionality.
• Test and analyze new Workday features; participate in release planning and testing.
• Collaborate with other SMEs to share best practices.
• Mentor junior colleagues in leading processes and testing.
• Deliver excellent customer service and timely responses.
