Job summary

PNC is seeking an HRIS Senior Workday Architect to lead configuration, QA and governance across Workday modules in a multi‑location environment. You will partner with HR, Payroll and Talent teams to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions and to drive the roadmap and adoption of new features.

The role emphasizes hands‑on configuration, release readiness, and collaboration, with the potential for mentoring other HRIS colleagues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Expertise in at least one major Workday module (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, HCM Core, Recruiting, Talent, Learning).

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design and implement HRIS solutions for the organization.
• Lead end-to-end Workday configuration efforts with high‑quality design.
• Conduct functional QA and governance to support deployments.
• Guide business partners through changes and enable adoption.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Talent and other functions for alignment.
