Job summary

PNC is seeking an HR System Solution Architect Senior within PNC's HR Information Systems organization, based in Dallas, TX or other listed locations. You will lead Workday configuration across key modules, translate business needs into scalable, high‑quality solutions, and help shape the Workday roadmap.

Own end‑to‑end configuration, conduct functional QA, ensure governance, and support smooth deployments across environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on Workday configuration experience.
• Expertise in at least one major Workday module (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, HCM Core, Recruiting, Talent, Learning).

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design and implement HRIS platform solutions across modules and processes.
• Lead end‑to‑end Workday configuration efforts with high‑quality design and governance.
• Conduct functional QA and support deployments across environments.
• Mentor HRIS colleagues and collaborate with HR, Payroll, Talent and other functions to ensure alignment.
