Job description

The HRIS Manager will own configuration, optimization, and ongoing functionality of Workday. You will serve as the internal expert for systems, reporting, data integrity, and process improvements for a global employee population. This position requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on a small, collaborative HR team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Workday configuration, enhancements, reporting, and analytics
• Partner with HR, Compensation, Benefits, and global teams to improve processes
• Drive data accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and ensure operational integrity
• Support system upgrades, testing cycles, and new feature deployments
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on system best practices and functionality

• Background working in-house supporting HR teams
• Experience supporting global HR populations preferred
• Ability to operate in a lean environment and wear multiple hats
• Detail-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
