Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to serve as a subject matter expert across Workday modules, lead configuration, testing, and deployment of enhancements. You will partner with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.

Responsibilities include designing and maintaining Workday reports and dashboards, managing security and governance, and developing documentation to support HR decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday, including configuration, reporting, and system support.
• Strong experience with Workday HCM modules (e.g., Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Talent).
• Proven experience building and maintaining complex Workday reports and dashboards.
• Solid understanding of HR business processes and data structures.
• Experience managing Workday security and business processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert across Workday modules, including HCM, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Learning, and Reporting.
• Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of system enhancements and Workday releases.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, and ongoing support for Workday, resolving complex system issues.
• Partner with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain complex Workday reports, including advanced matrix reports.
• Optimize and troubleshoot reports to improve performance, usability, and data accuracy.
• Manage report governance, including cataloging, version control, naming conventions, and security access.
• Develop and maintain calculated fields, dashboards, and analytics to support HR decision-making.
• Manage Workday security configuration, including domain and role-based security.
• Create and maintain documentation such as business process flows, configuration guides, and training materials.]
