Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an experienced Workday HRIS Analyst in the United States. You will serve as a subject matter expert across Workday HCM modules, lead implementations, and provide advanced troubleshooting and reporting support to HR and cross-functional stakeholders.

You will design and maintain complex Workday reports, dashboards, and security configurations while ensuring data accuracy and performance.

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree in IT/HR/Business or related field.
5+ years of hands-on Workday experience including configuration, reporting, and support.
Strong Workday HCM module experience (Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Talent).
Proven ability to build and maintain complex Workday reports and dashboards.

Responsabilidades

Serve as a subject matter expert across Workday modules (HCM, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Learning, Reporting).
Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday enhancements and releases.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and ongoing Workday support to resolve complex issues.
Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate into scalable Workday solutions.
Design, build, and maintain complex Workday reports and dashboards.
Optimize and troubleshoot reports for performance and data accuracy.
Manage report governance including cataloging, version control, and security access.
Develop and maintain documentation such as business process flows and guides.
