Job summary

Public Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst to join the HR Technology team as a key functional and technical resource for the Workday environment. You will configure, administer, optimize, and support Benefits, Compensation, and Reporting across multiple modules and integrations.

The role requires hands-on Workday experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work across stakeholders in a three-week sprint cycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience in an HRIS, Workday Analyst, Workday Consultant, or similar role.
• Demonstrated experience configuring Workday Benefits, Compensation and Reporting.
• Experience supporting Workday integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs, Workday Studio, or similar technologies.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday functionality across multiple HCM areas, focusing on Benefits, Compensation, Reporting and Integrations.
• Partner with HR and IT to gather requirements and translate business needs into Workday solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex Workday configuration, security, integrations, and data issues; perform root-cause analysis.
• Support Workday integrations with internal and external systems; maintain, troubleshoot, and test integrations.
• Perform impact analysis for configuration changes and work within sprint cycles to deliver changes.
