Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an experienced Workday Specialist to lead configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday HCM enhancements. You’ll partner with HR and other teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions, while building complex reports and dashboards to support decision-making.

The role requires advanced troubleshooting skills, strong Excel proficiency, and effective communication within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on Workday experience including configuration, reporting, and system support.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Talent).
• Experience building and maintaining complex Workday reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday enhancements and releases.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, and ongoing support for Workday.
• Partner with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain complex Workday reports and dashboards.
• Manage report governance, including cataloging, version control, naming conventions, and security access.
