Cast & Crew is seeking a Senior HCM Analyst, Workday, to own the administration, maintenance, optimization, and evolution of our Workday HCM. You will partner with People Systems leadership, HR Business Partners, HR Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders on business enablement, strategic initiatives, integrations, and system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Workday HCM experience, with Total Rewards.
• Strong knowledge of Workday configuration, integrations, reporting, and security.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary Workday HCM expert for system issues and improvements.
• Own Workday administration across foundational structures and functionality.
• Partner with People Systems leadership and HR teams on business enablement and integrations.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, and user guidance.
• Lead process improvements to reduce manual work and strengthen controls.
