Job summary

Cast & Crew is seeking a Senior HCM Analyst, Workday, to own administration, optimization, and ongoing evolution of our Workday HCM. The role will manage day-to-day system support, security, and reporting while partnering with People Systems leadership and HR partners on business enablement.

You will drive process improvements, global configurations, and integrations with cross-functional teams, ensuring data integrity and scalable Workday solutions across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Finance or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years hands-on Workday HCM experience.
• Strong knowledge of Workday configuration, integrations, reporting, and security.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary Workday HCM subject matter expertise, troubleshooting complex issues.
• Administer and maintain Workday foundations: processes, positions, job profiles, security, reporting.
• Train and support the People team; escalate issues when needed.
• Design, test, and implement enhancements for evolving HR processes and global needs.
• Partner with HR and IT to enable self-service and process improvements.
