Job summary

We. Communications is seeking a Sr. HRIS Analyst to join the Global HR Systems team. You will support the Workday platform, configure modules, test changes, and maintain data accuracy across the employee lifecycle.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT and business partners to promote system efficiency, governance, and consistent HR processes. The role handles routine to moderately complex work and contributes to enhancements and global HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3–5 years of HRIS experience, including hands‑on Workday configuration or support.
• Experience supporting configuration and reporting in one or more Workday modules.
• Experience monitoring or troubleshooting integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage assigned priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday modules such as Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, or Performance Management
• Maintain approved business process configurations and execute routine security updates within governance standards; escalate complex security design
• Support testing and deployment activities for Workday biannual releases, enhancements, and new functionality
• Troubleshoot routine to moderately complex system issues, document findings, and partner with HRIS leadership or technical teams on resolution of complex issues
• Perform audits and controls to support accuracy, integrity, privacy, and compliance of HR data across systems
• Create system documentation, test scripts, job aids, and process workflows for assigned areas
• Support training and communications for HR users and business leaders on approved Workday functionality and update

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
