Job summary

WE Communications is seeking a Sr. HRIS Analyst to join the Global HR Systems team, focusing on Workday configuration, maintenance, testing, and operation across multiple modules.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, system efficiency, and consistent HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle. This role develops subject matter expertise in two to three Workday modules, handles routine to moderately complex work, contributes to enhancements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Approximately 3–5 years of HRIS experience, including hands-on Workday configuration or support.
• Experience supporting configuration and reporting in one or more Workday modules.
• Experience monitoring or troubleshooting integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage assigned priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday configuration and maintenance for two to three assigned Workday modules with broader platform exposure.
• Maintain approved business process configurations and execute routine security updates; escalate complex security design to HRIS leadership.
• Support testing and deployment activities for Workday biannual releases and new functionality.
• Troubleshoot routine to moderately complex system issues and coordinate with HRIS leadership and technical teams for resolution.
• Perform audits and controls to ensure HR data accuracy, privacy, and compliance across systems.
• Monitor integrations and data feeds between Workday and downstream systems; escalate complex failures.
• Build and maintain standard and ad hoc Workday reports and validate results for HR and business requests.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to HRIS projects and integrations.
• Gather and document business requirements and contribute to solution design with governance and direction.
• Partner with functional leads to understand needs and escalate risks or priorities as needed.
