Job summary

We. Communications is seeking a Sr. HRIS Analyst to support configuration, maintenance, testing, and operation of Workday modules. This role collaborates with HR, Payroll, IT, and business units to ensure data accuracy and efficient HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of HRIS experience and hands-on Workday expertise, focusing on security, integrations, and reporting to enable scalable HR operations globally.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HRIS experience with hands-on Workday configuration or support.
• Experience configuring and reporting in one or more Workday modules.
• Experience monitoring or troubleshooting integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support configuration and maintenance for Workday modules and related governance.
• Assist with testing, security updates, and biannual releases.
• Troubleshoot routine to moderately complex issues and escalate as needed.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and stakeholders for data integrity.
