DeWinter Group is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to optimize Workday configurations and enhancements, ensuring data integrity and compliant HR processes. This onsite role collaborates with HR, IT, and business leaders to translate needs into scalable Workday solutions.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of Workday experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a track record of successful implementations or upgrades within a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience in configuration, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes and Workday modules.
  • Proven experience supporting or leading Workday implementations or upgrades.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop scalable solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with HR data privacy, security, and regulations such as SOX and GDPR.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert in Workday HCM, Compensation, Talent & Performance, and Security.
  • Lead system configuration, process optimization, and support new feature rollouts.
  • Manage and maintain data integrity through audits, reports, and dashboards.

Senior HRIS Analyst

In this strategic role, you'll collaborate closely with HR, IT, and business leaders to shape, optimize, and support complex HR systems that align with enterprise goals and compliance standards. Your analytical mindset and clear communication will be critical as you translate business needs into innovative Workday configurations and enhancements, ensuring seamless data integrity and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a subject matter expert in Workday HCM, Compensation, Talent & Performance, and Security.

  • Support or knowledge of global HR operations.
  • Advanced Workday reporting skills, including creating custom reports and dashboards.
Preferred Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Over 5 years of dedicated Workday experience, especially in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Other Requirements:
  • This position is onsite in Redwood City, CA.
  • W2 employment only; no C2C arrangements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Prior experience supporting global HR initiatives is a plus.
