Job summary

Venerable is seeking a Senior Workday Support and HR Analytics Specialist to provide functional HR system support, primarily for Workday, including administration, security, and business process maintenance.

You will develop HR reports, dashboards, and data extracts while ensuring data integrity, governance, and compliance across outputs; collaborate with stakeholders to deliver process improvements and support open enrollment and compensation cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in HR reporting/analytics and HRIS/Workday support.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong data validation.
• Strong HR process knowledge and Workday functionality.
• Experience in report development, testing, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience gathering requirements for reporting deliverables.
• Proven troubleshooting and customer support skills with multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of data privacy and role-based access controls.

Responsibilities
