Job summary

Overlake is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to serve as a lead technical resource for Workday HCM and related HR platforms. You will support administration, configuration, optimization, reporting, testing, integrations, and continuous improvement of HR systems across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, and Workforce Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Workday administration, configuration, and support.
• Experience supporting HR, payroll, benefits, compensation, talent, and workforce management.
• Experience leading HR technology projects, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives.
• Experience supporting system integrations and data management activities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the organization’s primary SME for Workday HCM and related functionality.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday processes, workflows, and system settings.
• Develop scalable HR technology solutions based on business requirements.
• Support HRIS data governance, audits, reconciliations, validation, and documentation.
• Develop Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decisions.
• Support Workday integrations and interfaces with UKG Dimensions and other systems.
• Lead HR technology projects, upgrades, and testing with cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline HR processes.
• Provide training and advanced troubleshooting to HR stakeholders.
• Support compliance reporting and audits aligned with policies.
