Job summary

Venerable seeks a Senior Workday Support and HR Analytics Specialist to provide comprehensive Workday system administration and analytics. You will develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports, ensure data governance, and coordinate with HR Operations and vendors to support enrollment cycles and compensation processes.

The role requires 5+ years in HR reporting/analytics and strong Excel skills, with a focus on data integrity and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR reporting/analytics, & HRIS/Workday system support.
• Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, v-lookup) and strong data validation practices.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, HR data structures, and Workday functionality, including reporting, security, and data governance.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into reporting deliverables and/or system solutions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to explain data and system concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• HR System support with a heavy focus on Workday, including security and business processes maintenance.
• Lead testing and documentation of new procedures and provide end-user training.
• Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and data extracts; ensure data integrity and governance.
• Gather stakeholder requirements, propose solutions, communicate timelines and risks; monitor data integrity and controls.
• Support annual open enrollment and compensation processes; manage integrations with vendors.
