This role requires a Top Secret/SCI clearance, a bachelor's degree, and 5+ years of experience. You will build training strategies, materials, and evaluation methods to ensure user adoption and successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience developing and delivering training using multiple modalities.
• Experience designing and delivering Workday HCM training modules is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze needs and identify options for course design.
• Develop objectives and design specifications (audience, prerequisites, learning objectives).
• Structure content and activities for the intended audience.
• Assess curriculums and engage stakeholders to improve outcomes.
• Apply evaluation methods to measure learner performance and retention.
• Support development of training strategies and materials.
