Job summary

Guidehouse Inc. is seeking a Workday HCM consultant to deliver transformation solutions for clients upgrading or optimizing their Workday environment. You will lead design, development, and testing of Workday modules while driving optimization initiatives across engagements.

The role requires 3+ years Workday experience, HCM certifications, and strong communication skills, with travel up to 25% and hybrid/on-site work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five years’ experience using Workday HCM or other ERPs in an HCM capacity.
• Master’s degree with a minimum of three years’ experience using Workday HCM or other ERPs in an HCM capacity.
• A minimum of three years of work experience with Workday.
• Current holder of Workday Certifications: HCM Core.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of Workday solutions for clients optimizing their Workday tenant or Phase X deployment.
• Manage the Optimization program for the Workday Practice, including production support and planned assessments.
• Collaborate with clients and consultants to capture requirements and design documents.
• Guide the team in the design, build, and testing of Workday modules.
• Lead optimization sessions and communicate effectively with internal and client teams.
