Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Workday HCM Training Consultant to design and deliver training programs that enable successful deployment of Workday HCM solutions. You will collaborate with technical specialists to analyze needs, design objectives, and structure content for target audiences.

The role requires a TOP SECRET/SCI clearance with CI polygraph, five+ years of training development experience, and familiar with Workday HCM; federal government projects are common. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD TOP SECRET/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
Five or more years of experience developing and delivering training across modalities.
Experience with Workday HCM is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct needs assessments and design training objectives for Workday HCM.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop course specifications and content.
Structure and deliver training materials and evaluate learner outcomes.
