Job summary

Guidehouse is actively seeking a Workday Change Management Consultant to guide federal clients through Workday HCM transformations. You will apply change management strategies, craft communications, and engage stakeholders to align people, processes, and technology for lasting value.

The role requires TS/SCI with CI polygraph clearance or ability to obtain, a bachelor’s degree, and 3+ years ERP change management experience. Prior Workday experience and related certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD TS/SCI with CI polygraph clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years change management experience in ERP implementations.

Responsibilities

• Apply structured change management approaches and create strategies and communications for Workday implementations.
• Support and lead development of change management, communication, and adoption strategies.
• Develop communication plans and collateral with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Measure effectiveness of change strategies and activities.
• Align to Workday methodology and leading practices.
• Prepare for and lead internal/external stakeholder discussions and leadership briefings.
