Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Workday HCM functional expert to lead clients through full system implementations, focusing on Core HCM. You will design, configure, test, and validate Workday solutions while coaching clients on process design and risk mitigation.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance eligibility, a Bachelor’s degree, and 5+ years delivering ERP/HCM solutions including 2+ years in Workday, with at least 1 year as a functional lead.

Qualifications

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN an ACTIVE TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance and COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of consulting or industry experience delivering ERP solutions within HCM with at least 2 years of hands-on Workday implementation.
• 1+ year as Functional Lead or SME in HCM business processes, regulations, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead clients through all phases of their system implementation as the Workday HCM functional expert.
• Coach clients during business process design, offering options, risks, and downstream impacts.
• Configure the Workday system per client requirements and Workday standards.
• Deliver project deliverables and documentation on time and accurately.
• Collaborate on client integration design, configuration, and testing.
• Collaborate on client data migrations and data validation.
