Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an Workday HCM Solution Lead (T5) to drive the platform strategy and architecture. You will partner with IT HCM, Finance, Enterprise Architecture, and delivery teams to align capabilities, data governance, and security across the Workday ecosystem.

You will guide roadmap execution, governance, and the responsible adoption of emerging capabilities, while focusing on user experience and organizational impacts.

Qualifications

Deep Workday HCM expertise across configuration, integrations, security and data.
Experience leading platform strategy and delivery outcomes.
Ability to communicate complex tech decisions to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Define the Workday HCM architecture, guardrails, and technical approach.
Align HCM with Financials, IT, Security, and Data teams.
Lead roadmap execution and governance for HCM initiatives.
Oversee risks, controls, and audit readiness for HCM solutions.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure user-focused, scalable design.
