Guidehouse is seeking a Workday HCM Solution Lead to drive platform strategy, architecture, data governance, and integration standards for the Workday HCM portfolio. You will align with IT HCM, Finance, enterprise architecture, and security to deliver cohesive solutions and robust governance.

You will lead cross-functional delivery teams, assess complex technology decisions, and promote AI/automation capabilities while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational health for HR and Finance

Formación

• Deep Workday HCM expertise across platform capabilities, configuration, integrations, security, and operations.
• Ability to design for user experience and organizational impact across HR/Finance.
• Experience communicating risks, tradeoffs, and investment needs to senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Define Workday HCM architecture, standards, and operating model.
• Align HCM with Finance, security, and data governance.
• Lead roadmap execution and governance for HCM initiatives.
