Guidehouse’s Workday Financials Technical Lead role focuses on owning the platform for Workday Financial Management, driving stability, governance, and delivery outcomes. You will lead the technical capabilities across configuration, integrations, data, security, reporting, and operations in partnership with IT Finance and Finance leadership.

The position requires 10+ years of relevant experience, deep Workday expertise, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in Workday Financial Management or ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of configuration, integrations, data, security, and governance.
• Experience leading platform ownership and cross-functional teams.
• SOX controls and regulatory awareness.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical delivery for Workday Financial Management changes and enhancements.
• Lead integrations, data integrity, and reporting governance across the finance ecosystem.
• Coordinate lifecycle activities: releases, environments, testing, and deployment readiness.
• Partner with Finance, IT, Security, and vendors to align strategy and execution.
